Chicago Bridge & Iron Company is hiring for a Tax role to assist the Head of Tax in compliance and tax provision management. This role involves reviewing tax provisions, managing cash taxes, and providing guidance to improve processes. Ideal for candidates with over 15 years of tax experience, this position also entails leading tax transactions and may require CPA certification.

The role is based in The Woodlands, Texas and offers a dynamic environment interacting with various departments and external auditors.

Formación

• 15+ years of corporate tax experience, preferably multinational.
• Experience leading complex tax transactions.
• Experience in energy, construction, or infrastructure sectors preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review and sign off on tax provisions and disclosures.
• Perform quarterly forecasting and cash tax projections.
• Provide US tax planning and advice to reduce tax expenses.

Conocimientos

Strong leadership skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Deep understanding of US GAAP and tax laws

Educación

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics

CPA Certification
