Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive tax experience with compliance, provision, and planning.
• CPA certification required.
• Strong ASC 740 technical experience.
• Big 4/top 10 tax experience preferred.
• Proven people-management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quarterly and annual income tax provision process under ASC 740, including ETR analysis, deferred tax accounting, uncertain tax positions, and disclosures.
• Direct federal, state, and local tax compliance efforts to ensure accurate and timely filings.
• Identify and evaluate tax planning opportunities to improve efficiency across the organization.
• Serve as strategic tax advisor to Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, Legal, and other leaders on transactions and changes.
• Lead and develop a tax team within a larger tax organization.
