Job summary

Photronics seeks an experienced Director of Tax to lead its global tax function. The role reports to the SVP of Finance and oversees compliance, planning, reporting, transfer pricing and tax risk management worldwide.

The ideal candidate will partner with Finance, Treasury, Legal and regional teams, balancing strategic planning with hands‑on execution in a lean, global organization. Significant travel is required.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in US federal, state & international tax laws, ASC 740, transfer pricing and cross‑border taxation.

Responsibilities

• Lead global tax strategy, planning, compliance, reporting and tax risk management.
• Oversee global transfer pricing policies and intercompany arrangements.
• Coordinate with regional finance teams and external advisors.
