Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax experience with JD.
• Admission to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.
• Ability to independently manage significant tax matters.

Responsibilities

• Advise on complex tax issues affecting operations, transactions, and initiatives.
• Develop analyses supporting planning, reporting positions, audit defense, and compliance.
• Partner with business units and Finance leadership to structure initiatives tax-efficiently.
