Job summary

Highspring LLC (d/b/a Vaco by Highspring) seeks a Tax & Compliance Manager to oversee domestic and international tax compliance for a growing global organization. You will partner across functions for planning, reporting, and regulatory compliance while supporting audits, internal controls, and broader finance initiatives.

The role requires strong technical tax expertise, multi-entity experience, and the ability to drive process improvements in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• 4+ years of progressive experience within accounting, audit, compliance, tax, risk management, or financial operations.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience in complex, multi-entity and/or international business environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to completion.
