KPMG LLP is seeking a Tax Associate for our Global Executive & Private Client Group in Tax. You will work with international assignments, analyze tax implications across jurisdictions, and help clients optimize global mobility and compensation.

Qualifications

Analyze tax implications of international work and prepare federal and state returns.
Assist client companies with new country operations and compliance.
Support global payroll setup and compensation planning across locations.
Provide global mobility program support and tech-enabled processes.
Assist senior staff with engagement administration and scoping.
Develop capabilities in AI, Alteryx, Power BI for tax delivery.

Responsibilities

Support clients in analyzing tax implications of international work.
Assist with setting up operations in new countries and ensure compliance.
Help determine executive compensation packages for international assignments.
Develop and implement tax tech capabilities (AI, Alteryx, Power BI) for client delivery.
