• Strong business acumen, consulting skills, project management capabilities, and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and levels.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with statistics, HR metrics, and data interpretation, with the ability to translate insights into actionable business decisions and drive adoption through effective communication and change management.
