  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with statistics, HR metrics, and data interpretation, with the ability to translate insights into actionable business decisions and drive adoption through effective communication and change management.

The Global Talent Management Lead drives the execution of enterprise-wide talent strategies through consistent, high-quality talent management processes and practices.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in Talent Management or Human Resources, including success leading global talent initiatives such as performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, assessments, and talent analytics.

Demonstrated expertise in talent management and organizational development practices, with strong business acumen, consulting skills, project management capabilities, and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization.

Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with statistics, psychometric assessments, HR metrics, and data interpretation, with the ability to translate complex insights into actionable business decisions and drive adoption through effective communication and change management.
