Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in Akron, OH is seeking a Talent Management Partner to support senior leaders and drive enterprise-wide organization development and talent strategies. You will deploy global organization design and development solutions across geographies and serve as a subject matter expert on these initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
6+ years in progressive HRBP or Talent Management roles within global organizations.
Experience partnering with HR leaders and business leaders to apply interventions aligned to COE frameworks.
Strong consulting mindset with the ability to tailor approaches for impact.
Proven ability to lead change and drive organizational collaboration across cultures and regions.
