Qualifications

• 6 or more years of experience in progressive HRBP or Talent Management roles.
• Experience in large, complex global organizations with COE frameworks.
• Experience applying consulting skills to tailor approaches for impact.
• Track record delivering results with diverse cultures/backgrounds.
• Experience working across regions, functions, and reporting lines.

Responsibilities

• Building organizational capability through structural design and talent solutions.
• Deliver talent, team, and organizational interventions with senior leaders.
• Understand coaching and assessment strategies, manage vendors, and execute assessments.
• Develop and govern leadership and functional competency frameworks.
• Execute global Employee Resource Group strategies with D&I partners.
• Manage enterprise mentoring solutions, including design, governance, and outcomes.
• Use enterprise-aligned talent assessments to inform high-impact interventions.
• Collaborate to establish evaluation frameworks measuring effectiveness and ROI.
