Job summary

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Management or Human Resources, including success leading global talent initiatives such as performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, assessments, and talent analytics.
  • Strong business acumen, consulting skills, and the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in statistics, psychometric assessments, HR metrics, and data interpretation.
