Job summary

Advantage HQ is seeking a Senior Sourcing Specialist to build and scale our talent pipelines across multiple functions. You’ll identify passive candidates, engage them, and partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep a steady flow of interview-ready talent.

You will own proactive sourcing strategies, leverage AI and modern channels, and develop evergreen talent pools as we scale from 185 to hundreds of hires, helping us hire faster and maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of experience in sourcing, talent acquisition, executive search, or recruitment.
• Proven success sourcing passive candidates across multiple industries and functions.
• Strong expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, X-Ray search, and advanced sourcing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Own proactive sourcing across multiple business functions.
• Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Identify passive candidates through multiple channels and develop creative sourcing strategies.
• Develop relationships with exceptional candidates long before opportunities arise.
• Ensure recruiters have a steady supply of interview-ready candidates and improve pipeline quality.
