Job summary

Snowflake seeks an organized Talent Management Program Manager to oversee the day-to-day execution of global talent programs and Performance Excellence cycles. You will coordinate surveys, administer the Voice AI 360 platform, and manage cross-functional workflows with Procurement and Finance.

You will drive process improvements, maintain playbooks, and ensure accurate, timely data across cycles, with a focus on scale and global impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR coordination, talent operations, or program management.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, organizational development, or related field.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
• AI-native mindset and curiosity about emerging tech for smarter programs.
• Detail-oriented with strong data privacy and accuracy in employee data and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day execution of the Performance Excellence cycle, tracking milestones and sending timely communications.
• Own Workday cycle logistics, testing launches, config validation, and user issue resolution.
• Coordinate Employee Listening & pulse surveys, dashboards, and results delivery.
• Administer Voice AI 360 platform and scale cross-functional workflows.
• Interface with Procurement and Finance for SOWs, PO, budgets, and vendor invoicing.
• Support talent & succession logistics, organizing meeting materials and data templates.
• Maintain program playbooks and internal resources, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Test new cycle launches, troubleshoot basic issues, and draft routine program updates.
