Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR coordination, talent operations, or program management.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred and AI tools familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of Talent Management programs and the Performance Excellence cycle.
• Coordinate Employee Listening surveys and pulse cycles with stakeholders.
• Administer Voice AI 360 platform and ensure scalable operations.
• Interface with Procurement and Finance on SOWs, PO, budgets, and vendor invoicing.
• Organize talent reviews and succession logistics; maintain data templates.
• Keep program playbooks and docs up to date; produce how-to materials.
• Test cycle launches, troubleshoot user issues, and document improvements.
• Draft routine program updates and visually clear instructional materials.
• Pull reports on participation, monitor dashboards, and escalate gaps.
• Seek UX improvements to streamline coordination processes.
