Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10–13 years of relevant experience or 14–17 years of relevant work experience.

• Own the project schedule and manage cross-functional teams to meet commitments.
• Ensure alignment between program owner expectations and project goals throughout design.
• Tailor enterprise programs to diverse global business units and cultures.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues and ensure smooth handoffs to delivery teams.
• Use data collection methods to inform design and development of talent programs.
• Embed diversity, inclusion, and engagement in talent management processes.
