Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a Talent Acquisition leader in Reston, VA to guide a team and partner with senior HR, hiring managers, and professional organizations to forecast staffing needs. You will develop sourcing strategies and monitor metrics to drive business outcomes.

This role is designated as part-time telework and requires at least three days in-person per week at the office or project, with schedules set in collaboration with leadership.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8 -10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience recruiting professional, technical, engineering, project management, or leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, high-volume, or strategic hiring initiatives.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of Recruitment Coordinators.
• Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; holds them accountable for following company processes and procedures.
• Supports hiring managers by ensuring candidates are dispositioned quickly and efficiently.
• Resolves escalated issues.
• Evaluates TA metrics as needed to support business needs.
• Ensures staffing needs are met in compliance with relevant laws and requirements and diversity and inclusion goals are met.
• Participates in strategic TA initiatives.
