Bechtel in Reston, VA seeks a Talent Management program designer to lead global projects across people development, competencies, and performance management. Part-time telework with three days in-office per week is required, and you will influence stakeholders to deliver high-impact HR solutions.

Salary Range: $140,800 - $203,700 annually (salary range is based on market data; final salary offered is determined by education, experience, and qualifications of the applicant.)

In this role, you are responsible for the design and development of a broad scope of Talent Management programs to meet business needs and HR priorities across a global organization. You will lead and collaborate on agile problem-solving teams to design and develop solutions for talent management programs, which may include pipeline programs (early, mid, senior career), competencies and career pathing, learning and development, organizational design, organizational development, or performance management. Your work will positively impact Talent Management efforts at Bechtel to be forward-thinking, competitive, and effective.
This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and will require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience
Project management skills: ability to plan and execute complex projects on time and with high quality. Demonstrated experience leading project teams to accomplish talent management priorities for an organization.
