Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of co‑op and internship programs, including events, communications, surveys, presentations, and data tracking.
• Assist with university outreach and inclusive recruiting initiatives with university partners and student organizations.
• Coordinate interviews and recruiting activities, including scheduling, confirmations, and follow‑ups.
• Help provide a welcoming and confidential candidate experience for virtual and onsite interviews.
