Job summary

Goodwin is seeking an Event Planning Co-op to learn planning, production, and execution of firm events such as meetings, client dinners, and retreats. You will collaborate with Conference Services and Events and other departments to support programs of varying sizes, from small meetings to multi‑day events.

Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, and communicative, with experience in events, marketing, or professional services.

Qualifications

• Prior experience (co-op or internship) in events, marketing, or professional services environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing intake forms.
• Tracking data.
• Attendee itinerary management.
• Cross-checking spreadsheets for accuracy.
• Conducting vendor research.
• Brainstorming creative ideas.
• Assisting with final execution of programs.
