Job summary

Intuitive, a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery and minimally invasive care, is seeking an Organization Development Specialist to drive talent management programs worldwide. Based in Sunnyvale, CA, this role is onsite three days per week and partners with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver onboarding, leadership development, executive programs, talent reviews, and succession planning.

• Minimum 3 years in HR/learning/design/education roles.
• Experience using data analytics to solve problems.
• LMS administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end execution of Talent Management programs and events managing planning, logistics, and stakeholder communication.
• Own project plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent Talent Management initiatives, tracking dependencies and keeping stakeholders aligned
• Oversee program operations, adhere to budgets, work with vendors, and cross-functional partnerships to ensure efficient execution and high-quality service delivery.
• Collect, analyze, and report on program metrics, participant feedback, and operational data to measure effectiveness, process optimization and inform decision-making.
• Partner with analytics teams to deliver actionable insights and reporting that support program performance and strategic decision-making.
• Respond to senior leader, employee, and stakeholder inquiries by providing timely, accurate program information and guidance.
• Drive continuous improvement by leveraging technology, AI-enabled tools, and process enhancements to improve scalability, efficiency, and participant experience.
• Serve as a trusted operational partner by maintaining program resources, knowledge repositories, communications, and stakeholder support for leaders, employees, and external partners.
