Position Overview

The Talent Management Specialist supports all Talent Management programs globally. This position is a key member of the team, with a direct impact on the design and methodology of Encore’s global talent management and development programs focused on proactively supporting, evaluating, developing, and growing Encore talent around the world. This position works closely with Corporate and Field Leaders, Human Resources (Talent Acquisition, Global Learning, HR Vice Presidents and Managers, Total Rewards and HR Technology), International team members and third party suppliers and vendors.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Management, this role will be supporting the efforts of the Talent Management team and Global Learning team members, as well as the VP of Talent & Global Learning.

Key Job Responsibilities
Integrated Talent Management (ITM) and Succession Process Support
  • Review and monitor completion of key elements of the Integrated Talent Process, including goal setting, formal performance assessments, potential assessment, and ongoing performance discussions (coaching, feedback and recognition).
  • Develop and manage project specific Talent Management correspondence, including emails, memos and business documents.
  • Manage, track, test, and implement change to talent management forms, processes, applications, platforms, and interfaces.
  • Contribute to the overall ITM and succession strategy and initiatives; identify what is working, where there is room for improvement and how we can use data to tell a story.
  • Develop succession charts and other materials to manage succession meetings in the most efficient manner.
  • Manage all updates and maintenance of succession data in UltiPro.
  • Create and share succession plan results with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Managers regarding open positions for whom successors have been identified.
  • Support design and execution of Talent Review, Succession Planning, Developmental Assessments, critical role learning paths, and process improvements in Talent Management programs.
  • Partners with other team members to produce and share Talent Summary / Talent Reporting through the design of reports and procedures for a sharing ongoing critical talent metrics, including promotions, retention/attrition, high potential metrics, and succession health.
  • Support the full Performance Management cycle through training employees and managers; communicating enhancements to all stakeholder groups; reviewing and improving processes, and refining metrics and reporting.
Coordination of Leadership Development Programs and Organizational Development
  • Manage logistics related to the Talent & Leadership Development team including but not limited to: operational support, program evaluation, budget management, vendor management and the coordination of event logistics (e.g. travel arrangements, hotel reservations, training space, managing expense reports, etc.)
  • Enable culture change initiatives related to changes in management, organizational structure and acquisition.
  • Contribute to the overall leadership, team member and organizational development strategy and initiatives; identify what is working, where there is room for improvement and how we can use data to tell a story.
  • Provide support for Diversity and Inclusion Program and Sustainability Program.
Cultural Development Program Support
  • Own the coordination with HRIS group to assure regular, successful upload of data files from UltiPro into the Center Stage recognition platform
  • Maintain Spend Manager within reward and recognition platform, including Quarterly updates, monitoring spend and re-allocating spend as required.
  • Regularly reviews reward and recognition platform Support mailbox and provides timely, first-line support to end users
  • Contribute to the overall team member recognition strategy and initiatives; identify what is working, where there is room for improvement and how we can use data to tell a story
  • Support the annual engagement survey process, including assisting with survey preparation and launch, progress monitoring, reporting and compilation of survey results.
Data Analysis, Reporting, Administration and Communications
  • Analyze Talent Management data to identify trends and report gaps.
  • Respond to data requests from others across the organization.
  • Simplify and automate current reporting and data collection processes.
  • Synthesize and use data to create visual reports, dashboards and infographics.
  • Link results from talent management initiatives to positive impact on business results.
  • Draft internal and external communications, and creates PowerPoint and other informational presentations for multiple audiences.
  • Maintain consistency of messaging across all channels of communication, including the intranet.
  • Coordinate Talent Management communications with other HR communications in order to eliminate redundancy.
  • Provide administrative support of all Talent Management processes (Performance Management, Talent Planning, etc.).
  • Assist in preparing materials for talent councils, Operating/ Executive committee meetings, segment talent planning sessions etc.
  • Responsible for generating reports, data entry and data clean up and troubleshooting for Talent Management processes.
  • Create and maintains Job Aids/ Training Documents.
  • Cross train with other team members as necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Onboarding and Vendor Coordination
  • Manage and monitor expenses for all programs. Determines efficiencies to reduce spend
  • Onboard and process payments for new suppliers utilizing Oracle and working with Accounting to ensure timely payment
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, IO Psychology, Organizational Development, Communications or Business.
  • 3+ years’ experience and demonstrated success as a human resources professional.
  • Direct experience supporting global talent management projects (performance management and succession planning).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Experience participating in teams, influencing leaders and collaborating across the enterprise.
  • Experience in process, organization, change and/or learning improvement.

  • Working knowledge of HRIS systems, including modules used for performance evaluation, succession planning, compensation planning and team member development.
  • Comfort using advanced functions in surveying tools like Survey Monkey

Work Environment

Office

Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Working times may include irregular hours and on-call status including days, evenings, weekends and holidays. Team members must adhere to appearance guidelines as defined by Encore based in an office environment and when traveling, on an individual venue or a representation of venues in that city or area.

Salary Pay Range: $56,092.00 - $72,920.00

The compensation offered for this role is determined based on the qualifications outlined in the job posting for the specified location. Final compensation is based on a number of factors including location, travel, relevant work experience, or particular skills and expertise. In addition, some positions may be eligible for other compensation such as potential overtime, bonuses or incentives.
