Texas Instruments is seeking a Talent Development Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to our businesses and HR teams. You will design and execute a comprehensive talent strategy focused on bench, organization, and leadership development.

You will work with senior leaders worldwide, conducting organizational analyses, leveraging data analytics, and driving programs that strengthen capabilities while enabling employees to own their careers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, MIS or related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years experience in talent development, HR or project management.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to provide business-specific recommendations and solutions.
• Experience utilizing data analytics to drive decisions in an HR or related function.

Responsibilities

• Conduct organizational analysis to develop talent strategies aligned with business needs.
• Leverage data analytics and visualization to identify talent gaps and measure program impact.
• Strengthen organizational and managerial capabilities and enable employees to own their careers.
• Create and drive strategies, programs, and processes to develop the talent pipeline.
• Consult with business leaders and HRBPs as a thought leader.
• Utilize talent development data to inform strategic decisions.
