Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, Education, or related field, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of progressive experience in talent management, talent development, organizational development, learning and development, HR, or related field.
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing talent or leadership development programs.
Experience supporting talent reviews, succession planning, career development, or leadership development processes.
Strong experience partnering with business leaders and HR professionals.
Experience facilitating programs and discussions with leaders and employees.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities.
Excellent communication, facilitation, consultation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop a comprehensive talent development strategy aligned with organizational priorities and growth.
Partner with HR and business leaders to identify critical capabilities, leadership needs, and talent gaps.
Build scalable talent practices that support employees and leaders across functions and levels.
Translate priorities into actionable development programs and initiatives.
Evaluate existing talent programs and recommend improvements based on needs and outcomes.
Establish a consistent approach to employee development with flexibility for unique business needs.
Design and implement leadership development strategies for various levels of leaders.
Develop programs strengthening core leadership capabilities including coaching, feedback, performance management, and communication.
Identify leadership capability gaps and appropriate development solutions with senior leaders.
Support leaders in creating meaningful development plans for themselves and teams.
Develop tools and experiences that reinforce leadership expectations and culture.
Facilitate leadership development sessions, workshops, and other development experiences.
