Hexagon Autonomy & Positioning seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist for an 18‑month term to join our team. Location options include Calgary or Tucson, with a global recruiting remit and collaboration across the Talent Acquisition team.

The role partners with hiring managers to build strategy, manage the full lifecycle, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience while developing talent pipelines for critical skill sets in engineering and tech.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience recruiting in corporate and agency roles.
• Experience sourcing specialized engineering and technical roles across multiple countries.
• Proven track record of building top talent pipelines.
• Solid experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract top talent for global teams in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from posting to onboarding.
• Develop recruitment strategies and talent pipelines for critical skillsets.
• Advise on market trends, interview practices, and candidate assessment.
• Collaborate with global TA team to optimize processes and employer branding.
• Deliver excellent candidate experience and timely communications.
• Monitor metrics to drive continuous improvement and compliant hiring.
