Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in Washington, DC to deliver high-impact recruitment solutions and support strategic people initiatives. This role may mentor others and participate in special projects.

You will partner with division managers to understand needs and deliver effective talent strategies, advise on performance management, development, and retention, and drive engagement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business/Psychology or related field.
• 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment in corporate, consulting, or agency settings.
• Experience advising on performance management, employee relations, and development.
• Familiarity with workforce planning, employer branding, and talent market data.
• Experience coaching or mentoring junior team members; cross-regional recruitment is a plus.
