Zusammenfassung

Intact is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead the company’s international hiring strategy during a major transformation. You will design role profiles, scorecards and assessments with leaders, and run cross-border sourcing for specialists and experts.

You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with hiring managers, map global talent pools, and use AI to enhance sourcing, mapping, and candidate engagement. Fluency in German and English is required.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition with proven track record hiring Product, Engineering, Data & AI talent.
• Knowledge of modern Product & Technology orgs; ability to recognize seniority and quality.
• Experience in competitive international talent markets; ability to win strong candidates globally.
• Ability to translate target role profiles into scorecards and assessment processes with leaders.
• Evidence-based assessment: structured interviews, work samples, clear criteria.
• Strong interest in using AI to improve sourcing, mapping, and engagement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, able to challenge senior stakeholders and move fast.

ARE YOU THE ONE?

• Completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, a related field, or a comparable practical background
• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record of hiring exceptional Product, Engineering, Data & AI talent (other functions too)
• Deep understanding of modern Product & Technology organizations and roles: you know what distinguishes a strong Product Manager, Product Designer, Product Engineer, Engineering Leader, Data Engineer or Applied AI/ML profile, and how to recognize seniority and quality
• Experience in competitive international talent markets, not primarily local ones, and the ability to win strong candidates for a company of our size
• The ability to build new capabilities rather than fill vacancies: translating target role profiles into scorecards and assessment processes together with functional leaders
• Evidence-based assessment of craft excellence: structured interviews, work samples and clear assessment criteria
• Strong interest in leveraging AI to improve talent acquisition processes, sourcing strategies, talent mapping, and candidate engagement
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders and to move fast once the evidence is there
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
