Job summary

Playtech Live is seeking a skilled recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle in Pennsylvania. You will actively source talent, screen resumes, schedule and conduct interviews, and collaborate with departments to reach acquisition goals.

You will maintain recruitment systems and advertise roles across approved channels. The role requires 2–4 years in recruitment, excellent English, and proficiency with MS Office; experience with social media recruiting is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of the English language.
• 2-4 years of experience in recruitment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience utilizing social media and other recruitment techniques.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, actively sourcing talent through various channels.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve talent acquisition goals.
• Oversee the entire talent acquisition process, including screening resumes from diverse sources.
• Schedule and conduct recruitment meetings and interviews.
• Maintain and update internal recruitment systems.
• Advertise open positions across approved channels.
• Propose and implement innovative recruitment strategies and improvements.
