Job summary

You will review applications for policy compliance, pre-screen candidates, and extend contingent offers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Personnel/Human Resources Administration.
• 2–4 years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication; exceptional public speaking ability.
• Computer skills include Microsoft Office or equivalent; experience with ATS and employment assessment tools.

Responsibilities

• Lifecycle recruiting for assigned casino departments (advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, drug testing, paperwork, licensing, orientation scheduling).
• Support Talent Acquisition Manager with internal/external recruiting programs such as job fairs and referrals.
• Review applications for compliance with policies and procedures.
• Communicate with HRBP to assess department recruitment needs and plan effectiveness.
• Pre-screen and select candidates; interview internal/external non-exempt candidates and make contingent offers.
• Provide support for team member events and maintain professional conduct on and off property.
• Encourage use of technology to enhance recruiting; develop metrics to ensure goals are met.
