Evolution is a leading provider of live casino recruitment and staffing solutions, actively seeking talent acquisition professionals to join its fast-paced team. You will source top candidates, screen applicants, and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a global client base.

The role emphasizes effective communication, relationship building with candidates and clients, and the use of social media to boost talent attraction. A dynamic, growth-oriented environment awaits.

Qualificações

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience in Recruitment and social media will be an advantage.
• Experience or relevant degree in relation to HR/TA would be an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Sourcing candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, our database and referrals.
• Screening of candidates via telephone and face-to-face interviews to match to roles.
• Shadowing candidate and client meetings with senior colleagues.
• Networking to build relationships with candidates and clients.
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle: CV screening, interviews, updating systems, advertising positions, liaising with agencies.
• Push forward attraction and talent selection concepts.
