You will lead a high-impact TA team, partner with executive leadership, and build scalable processes while strengthening employer branding and candidate experience. Analytics-driven hiring and DEI initiatives will be central to the role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience including senior leadership.
• Experience as VP/Head of Talent Acquisition or equivalent.
• Proven success scaling recruitment functions in high-growth firms.
• Strong stakeholder management with executive partnerships.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Data-driven with metrics and analytics.
