Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience including senior leadership.

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining and executing the company's global talent acquisition strategy, ensuring the business attracts and hires exceptional talent to support continued growth.

The ideal candidate is an experienced recruitment leader with a proven track record of building high-performing talent acquisition functions, scaling teams, and partnering closely with executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing Talent Acquisition team across multiple regions.
• Partner with executive leadership and hiring managers to drive workforce planning and hiring strategies.
• Build scalable recruitment processes and implement best-in-class hiring practices.
• Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience to attract top talent.
• Leverage data and recruitment analytics to improve hiring performance and decision-making.
• Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage recruitment budgets, external agency relationships, and recruiting technology.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including senior leadership responsibility.
• Previous experience as a VP of Talent Acquisition, Head of Talent Acquisition, Global Talent Acquisition Director, or equivalent.
• Proven success building and scaling recruitment functions within high-growth organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management experience, partnering with executive leadership.
• Experience recruiting across multiple business functions and seniority levels.
• Data-driven approach with experience using recruitment metrics and analytics.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is advantageous.
