Job summary

Powerback is seeking a visionary Vice President of Talent Acquisition to lead the enterprise hiring engine across clinical, operational, and corporate functions. Reporting to the SVP of People Strategy, you will design, execute, and scale end-to-end recruitment, university relations, and workforce planning to attract and retain top-tier talent.

You will drive governance of ATS/CRM tools, partner with marketing on employer branding, and manage external vendors for ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care, business management, HR or equivalent.
• Previous experience in HR, staffing, or sales/marketing preferred.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Previous experience in the health care industry preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Governance for enterprise talent acquisition across operations, corporate, and university pipelines.
• Direct campaigns to reduce reliance on agency labor and optimize workforce spend.
• Develop and coach a high-performing recruitment team with measurable metrics.
• Align with field leaders to anticipate staffing needs and mitigate key-person risk.
• Collaborate on employer branding and sourcing strategies within budget.
• Partner to optimize university and early-career pipelines and clinical education.
• Drive ATS/CRM governance and recruitment technologies to streamline workflows.
• Establish analytics dashboards tracking funnel, offers, and pipeline health.
• Manage vendor and program relationships for ROI in hiring.
