Job summary

Nabors Industries is seeking an experienced senior leader to drive enterprise recruiting strategy and operations across domestic and global operations. You will align workforce plans with business needs, mature sourcing and selection practices, and ensure data-driven decision making.

The role focuses on governing recruiting workflows, improving metrics, and leading a high-performing team to deliver qualified candidates for corporate, technical, field, and international roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years progressive recruiting experience.
• 3+ years people leadership or supervisory experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Experience leading full-cycle recruiting programs, sourcing, and applicant tracking systems.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud and data reporting.
• Knowledge of applicable employment regulations and data reporting.
• Strong leadership, consultation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting strategy, priorities, and delivery aligned with workforce demand and growth.
• Partner with leaders to translate workforce plans into recruiting capacity and hiring priorities.
• Establish measurable recruiting goals and adjust resources to address gaps.
• Direct multi-channel sourcing and candidate experience programs.
• Govern screening, interviewing, and pre-employment processes for timely hires.
• Oversee recruiting operations, data quality, and ATS utilization.
• Provide market insights and collaborate with vendors to optimize hiring results.
