Job summary

Primark, a growing global retailer, seeks a senior leader to own and execute end-to-end Talent Acquisition across the US market, including retail management, new store volume recruitment, and central functions. You will translate global TA strategy into local priorities, lead a high-performing team, and partner with GBS and senior stakeholders to align recruitment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading Talent Acquisition in a large, fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Proven track record coaching TA leaders and delivering results.
• Experience shaping TA strategies aligned to business priorities and workforce plans.
• Experience working within Global Business Services (GBS), RPO or blended recruitment models.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset using data/market insights to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Acquisition across the market, translating global strategy into local priorities.
• Inspire, coach and develop a high-performing TA leadership team with accountability for delivery.
• Partner with senior leaders to shape workforce planning and proactive talent strategies.
• Drive a data-led approach to recruitment, build pipelines and anticipate hiring needs.
• Oversee recruitment delivery with in-market teams, GBS and external partners.
• Champion an exceptional candidate experience and employer brand.
• Embed global TA processes and best practices while adapting to local needs.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and position TA as a strategic partner.
• Oversee budgets, governance and compliant delivery with partners.
