Candidates should possess extensive recruitment experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business. Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a recruiting role ideally a mix of corporate and agency background.
• 5+ years in global, generalist recruiting role at SaaS/B2B tech company is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment strategies through attracting and securing top talent globally.
• Source candidates via multiple channels.
• Manage applications and provide timely updates.
• Conduct telephone screens and interviews.
• Produce data for weekly status reports.
