Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3–7 years of recruiting experience, ideally in manufacturing or industrial settings, focusing on salaried employees.
• Strong sourcing skills, including experience using job boards, social media, and networking.

• Manage full lifecycle recruitment for salaried positions across manufacturing functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce needs.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for qualifications.
