Job summary

The Nature Conservancy is seeking an HR Specialist III to deliver HR services across multiple areas, with expertise in HR systems and data reporting. You will aid employees and management, administer HR programs, and handle data-related requests with accuracy and discretion.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of HR experience, with strong MS Office and HRIS skills. Some travel may be required in a fast-paced environment.

The Human Resources Specialist III is responsible for administering and maintaining HR systems, programs, procedures, and plans according to HR policies and will aid all levels of personnel on various HR data related issues and requests.We’re Looking for You:Are you looking for a career to help people and nature? Come join TNC and apply today!What You’ll Bring:Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years Human Resources work experience in area(s) of specialization or equivalent combination.Experience coordinating and leading projects.Experience responding to HR related questions, problems and data information requests from employees/management.Experience the following areas: database management and spreadsheet software; constructing, and producing reports; data input, manipulation and analysis.Experience working with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.Experience working with integrated Human Resources Management Systems.Desired Qualifications:Multi-lingual skills and multi-cultural or cross-cultural experience appreciated.Supervisory skills.Advanced understanding of fundamental HR concepts, processes, and services.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.May require fluency in foreign language(s) to support global operations.May require ability to travel within the United States and internationally.Proven ability to work in a fast paced, stressful and highly visible environment.Salary Information:The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $93,245-113,900.. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate’s actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience. Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market, and not tied to USA pay or ranges.
