Job summary

Copado is seeking a Director, Talent Acquisition in New Orleans to lead our recruiting function as we scale globally. This hands‑on leadership role builds and coaches a high‑performing team, partnering with hiring managers to solve sourcing challenges and drive growth across technical, GTM and corporate functions.

You will own the strategy and execution for attracting, evaluating, and hiring talent, while collaborating with Total Rewards and People teams on programs and processes to accelerate

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, including 3+ years leading a recruiting team.
• Track record hiring across technical and GTM functions in high-growth environments.
• Experience building or scaling recruiting in new geographic markets.
• Strong compensation and market‑data fluency; benchmarking across regions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end talent acquisition strategy aligned to headcount plans.
• Build, manage, and develop a recruiting team; set goals and career paths.
• Lead employer branding and build talent pipelines centered around New Orleans.
• Oversee executive and high-priority confidential searches.
• Drive sourcing strategy for hard‑to‑fill technical and GTM roles.
• Define campus recruiting strategy including target schools and markets.
• Own TA KPIs: time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, diversity pipeline metrics.
