Job summary

Bentley Systems seeks a Director, Corporate Crisis & Risk Readiness to own enterprise risk management and crisis readiness for a global technology company.

You will lead multi-tier crisis simulations, playbooks, and risk assessments, partnering with Legal, IT, Finance, and HR to safeguard stakeholders and ensure rapid responses during incidents. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, with travel up to 20% and a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, risk management, or related field.
• 6–8 years in crisis management or enterprise risk roles.
• At least 2 years in risk/crisis at a technology company.
• Experience with SEC rules and regulations.
• Ability to translate strategic concepts into operational playbooks, frameworks and tools.
• Strong project management in matrixed environments.
• Experience with AI-enabled monitoring or incident platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise risk and crisis readiness to safeguard the company and communities.
• Develop crisis playbooks, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
• Design and facilitate multi-tier crisis simulations across leadership levels.
• Build crisis signal scanning and AI-based alert tools.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, IT, Finance, HR, Marketing and IR.
• Advise on ongoing incidents with complex implications and decisions.
