You will bring 15+ years of TA leadership in complex industries, drive innovative hiring approaches, and lead a diverse, global team.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of TA leadership experience, including global scope
• Experience scaling TA in hardware/tech manufacturing or similarly complex environments
• Proven ability to partner with executives and cross-functional teams
