Jobgether on behalf of a partner company is seeking a Global TA Operations Program Lead based in the United States. You will drive strategic programs and operational priorities to strengthen global Talent Acquisition, optimize recruiting processes, and ensure governance across regions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, including 3+ years in Global TA.
• 3+ years of recruiting optimization program experience.
• 2+ years in BI/reporting tools such as Tableau or Visier.
• 2+ years applying process improvement to planning/execution/efficiency.
• Experience operationalizing projects improving funnel performance.
• Experience with global TA transformation is an advantage.
• Familiarity with governance forums and roadmaps.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work in complex global matrix organizations.

• Identifies and implements improvements across end-to-end recruiting processes to accelerate hiring.
• Manages the global Talent Acquisition program portfolio, driving strategic initiatives from planning through execution, stabilization, and closeout.
• Leads governance processes, including program intake, prioritization, roadmap management, and operating rhythms.
