Ford Motor Company is seeking a Global TA Operations Program Lead to optimize end-to-end recruiting, align cross-functional teams, and drive strategic initiatives across TA operations worldwide. You will lead governance, roadmap management, and analytics to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in recruiting tools and Global TA experience, with strong BI and change-management skills, and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of recruiting tools, processes, and systems experience.
• 3+ years of experience with recruiting optimization programs and/or recruiting processes.
• 2+ years of experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Visier, or similar reporting and analytics platforms.
• 3+ years of Global Talent Acquisition experience.
• 2+ years of experience applying process improvement methodologies to drive planning, execution, operational efficiency, and measurable results.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Aufgaben

• Identify and optimize end-to-end recruiting processes.
• Partner with recruiting leaders to translate strategies into scalable improvements.
• Drive operational efficiencies and change management initiatives across TA operations.
• Lead the Global TA program portfolio, governance, and roadmap management.
• Strengthen alignment across TA Operations country points and verticals.
• Provide operational insights and leadership updates on priorities and outcomes.
• Monitor TA technology capabilities and inform roadmap priorities.
• Support broader Global TA function with strategic programs and initiatives.
• Drive priority TA programs from planning through execution and close.
