Koch Business Solutions – Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd is seeking a Business Process Analyst to join the Global Travel & Expense team. You will support centralized functions for travel, corporate card, expense management, audit, and compliance across Koch companies and ventures.

The role emphasizes applying T&E policies, analyzing expense data, and guiding users through process improvements. Fluency in Chinese and strong Excel skills are required, with opportunities to work across APAC and China

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong customer focus with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Effective communication skills across diverse and multicultural audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Proficiency in Chinese is required to effectively communicate with stakeholders in China.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply T&E processes and global policies across business units.
• Manage a workbench consisting of assigned exceptions generated by an automated auditing tool.
• Apply logic and reason to analysis of employee expense submission entries and receipts.
• Know company policies and procedures to ensure expense submissions are compliant.
• Treat exceptions as opportunities to teach employees about company policies, procedures, Principle Based Management culture and Koch’s Guiding Principles.
• Identify high-risk patterns which can lead to fraud, misuse, or abuse of company assets.
• Differentiate between abuse and negligence.
• Conduct pre-audit on T&E Expense for APAC region.
• Manage the personal expense recovery process and personal reimbursement process for China employees.
• Manage corporate card requests (applications, terminations, credit limit changes) and inquiries.
• Respond to T&E-related queries, including expense submissions, reimbursements, and policy interpretation.
• Assist employees with business travel-related inquiries and booking issues.
• Coordinate KYC requirements and maintain program governance (authorized officers, administrators) for Credit Card Programs.
