Job summary

Take-Two Interactive is seeking a Systems Administrator II to provide on-site and remote IT support for Austin, TX and international offices. The role requires deep technical insight across Windows, macOS, networking, and deployment via SCCM, AirWatch, or Jamf.

You will automate improvements, support production and development environments, and help onboarding with strong end-user focus. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of IT operations experience, excels in a fast-paced setting, and enjoys

Qualifications

3-5 years’ experience with Windows 10, MacOS, Office 365, AD and Exchange, TCP/IP networks.
Experience with desktop/server OS management and hardware maintenance.
Strong networking knowledge and ability to troubleshoot LAN/WAN issues.

Responsibilities

On-site technical operations and support for production and development environments.
Collaborate with development teams to assess support needs and deliver resources.
Resolve client requests and issues promptly and professionally.
Assist with offsite events including setup, support, and teardown.
Document processes and maintain task routines.
Introductory PowerShell scripting and automation opportunities.
