Job summary

You will partner with product and enterprise technology to deliver secure, resilient systems in cloud environments, foster a high-performance culture and drive operational excellence across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale technology transformations.
• Experience in payments domain is preferred.
• Deep knowledge of event-driven architectures and microservices.
• Experience deploying cloud-native applications.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a detailed technology roadmap and execution plan with product/leadership.
• Provide thought leadership to drive new product development across domains.
• Lead large, distributed engineering teams delivering core platforms for Commercial Solutions.
• Set direction and strategy within the Product & Engineering framework.
• Drive operational stability and reduce incidents/toil through proactive measures.
• Strengthen processes to grow technology talent across locations.
• Align product, engineering and regional teams on strategy and growth objectives.
• Build executive-level partnerships to enable cross-functional initiatives.
• Model and embody Mastercard Way principles across the group.
