Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a Global Manager, Mission & Sustainability in Blaine, MN (Hybrid). You will advance leadership in sustainability, social impact, and responsible beauty, driving programs across marketing, sourcing, and broader teams.

Role requires 5+ years in related sustainability fields, strong communication and project coordination skills, and travel up to 10%. Reports to the Executive Director, Mission and Sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in sustainability, CSR, environmental impact, philanthropy or community partnerships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to details.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Excellent communication, presentation, cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Experience coordinating projects, events, timelines, vendors and multi-stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify opportunities for sustainability and social impact across functions.
• Maintain certifications and standards program; monitor global regulations and reporting.
• Drive partnerships and community relationships with nonprofit partners and artist/salon networks.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop mission-driven stories; support sourcing claims.
• Manage philanthropic grant program processes and due diligence.
• Serve as information resource on sustainability across the company.
• Monitor and track program impacts and results.
