Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in Blaine, MN is seeking a Global Manager, Mission & Sustainability to advance leadership in sustainability, social impact and responsible beauty.

This role combines program management with brand storytelling and partners cross-functionally to drive certifications, sourcing stories and Earth Month programs. You will manage nonprofit partnerships, global philanthropic programs, and track impact while serving as a sustainability resource across the organization;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in sustainability, CSR, environmental impact, philanthropy or partnerships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to details.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Excellent communication, presentation, cross-functional collaboration and relationship building skills.
• Experience coordinating projects, events, timelines, vendors, and multi-stakeholder environments.
• Authentic alignment with the Aveda Mission.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for sustainability and social impact across functions.
• Maintain certifications and standards program and monitor regulations.
• Manage nonprofit partnerships and Earth Month activations worldwide.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop mission-driven stories about products.
• Support sourcing stories and claims with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee global philanthropic grant program and due diligence.
• Serve as an information resource on sustainability across the company.
• Monitor and track program impacts and results.
