Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Biology, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in beauty product development, preferably within prestige cosmetics or skincare.
• Experience managing complexion and/or skincare product development projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of innovative beauty products across multiple categories, from concept through commercialization.
• Drive development timelines, milestones, and deliverables for on-time launches.
• Coordinate testing, stability, and claims substantiation activities with labs and manufacturers.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing to translate insights into concepts; work with Packaging Development for compatibility.
