Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Lead, Analyst Relations to own the AR program for Amazon Sustainability, coordinating with AWS, Devices, Operations, Retail, and Communications teams. You will build long-term analyst relationships, shape proactive and reactive strategies, and guide content for briefings and events.

The role requires deft translation of complex topics, global collaboration, and a track record in managing partnerships within a large organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
8+ years in product or program management.
8+ years communicating with and presenting to executive and senior audiences.
Experience using data and metrics to measure impact.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the AR program for Amazon Sustainability.
Drive awareness and expand analysts’ understanding of Amazon’s value proposition and differentiation.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with analyst firms and independent technology analysts.
Set proactive and reactive strategies for report inclusion and public commentary.
Prepare tailored content and lead spokesperson training for a consistent analyst narrative.
Execute analyst programming for key events, briefings, inquiries, and advisory sessions.
Deliver strategic plans and report progress across teams.
Define success metrics including report placement, engagement frequency, and sentiment trends.
