Amazon Ads is seeking an experienced Analyst Relations manager to own AR strategy for a key Ads business, shaping stories, when and how we tell them, and to whom. You will partner with marketing, product, sales and PR to define priorities and ensure successful execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience communicating results to senior leadership
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
• Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AR program strategy and execution for a key Ads business from planning through measurement and reporting in collaboration with the Head of AR and cross-functional stakeholders
• Build and maintain strategic analyst relationships to drive understanding and awareness of Amazon Ads
• Secure positive analyst coverage through proactive and reactive engagements, including major evaluations (e.g., Magic Quadrants, Waves, MarketScapes)
• Partner with product, marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align on messaging and strategic analyst engagement priorities
• Gather and disseminate critical insights back into the business to inform strategic direction including product roadmaps, messaging, and positioning
• Establish and maintain measurement frameworks to track AR program impact and communicate results to leadership
• Coordinate and prioritize analyst requests for information, research reviews, briefings, events, and speaking engagements
